Hey you! For today's post I've decided to share with you a lipstick that I bought recently. It's a new, moisturising product from the German company LR.

The formula of the lipstick totally feels like a Revlon Lip Butter. Moisturising and pigmented. I have the shade 4, Soft Cranberry, which is the best colour for fall. As always, the top picture on the left is just my bare lips and the rest of them are with the same amount of lipstick just in different lighting.

I really like this product, although it has a pretty strong bitter-sweet smell, if that makes any sense. Also, I love the packaging! In addition there are three more shades that I want to try. Sheer Rosewood, Aquatic Apricot and Rose Romance. If you are interested in trying this product just contact me. It's about 17 EUR.
Bye-bye and you will see me soon! Love ya, Gina! :)

So, I've had a very tiring day! How about you? How was your day?
Oh, sorry! I forgot to welcome you to my blog! How rude of me, but the lack of sleep is really making my head spin right now, as I am writing this post. I really hope your day was better than mine. I went to uni to get my schedule and it was a horrible mess...

Anyway, enough drama. Hello everyone! Despite the long hours of stress at Uni I also did some shopping! Yay :) Firstly I went to a shop that basically sells everything, has low prices, but quality isn't always the best, called Jumbo. I believe it's a Greek shop and I bought some uni supplies. Notebooks and pens mainly.

After that I spend some time at Debenhams. Such a lovely place! I bought a Gosh Velvet Touch Lipstick in "Kitten Pink" which is so pretty! You know I'm in love with those lipsticks! Also, a Korres Watermelon Body Scrub and the O.P.I Nail Lacquer "Into The Night", which is basically a midnight blue, with some purple undertones. I believe this is the first time I buy anything from Korres and I have been interested in trying the brand out. Also, it's Greek and  guess who else is Greek? Yes, you've figure it out! I am! Call me a patriot, I want to support Greece.

In addition to my Debenhams buys, I got this gorgeous pink top which is London themed. I absolutely love anything English/British so this was love at first sight!

Here we have the pretty Gosh Lipstick! A proper review on this one is coming.

This one cost 7.90 EUR.

This is the price of the London Tee. Great Sale Debenhams!

And here we have the Korres Scrub.  A proper review on this one is also coming.

The scrub was 11 EUR.

And the last thing is the O.P.I nail varnish, which I forgot to include in the pictures above. I will be making a blog post on this one too. I believe I paid 11 EUR, but it could have more than that. Left picture was taken with flash whilst, the right one was under the room's normal lamp.

Et voilà the end of my little haul! Hope you enjoyed!
 Love ya! Kisses, Gina :)

Friday 24 August 2012
Hey guys and girls of my blog! For this Friday's blog post I am going to share with you a recent clothing and accessories haul from Marks & Spencer. There was a crazy sale at the store and I was able to find some great pieces for my closet.

 What did I get?

A lovely pair of long earnings that stole my heart at first sight, a big pair of boots that will be my companion for the cold and rainy days to come and a pair of high waisted denim trousers. In addition, I purchased two tops. An everyday English themed one and a more classy casual, black and ivory one. Also, I bought a pair of everyday, casual shorts with stripes and a lovely black dress with a star pattern on it.
Here take a closer look! I hope you enjoy! :)

Today I am sharing with you this nail design I did yesterday. I'm in a polka dots mood lately so I wanted to do a nail design using them. I am in love with my nails now! Even though they might look a bit Easter related. In the picture above, you see my right hand which has Seche Vite as top coat and it doesn't make the dots blend with the polish as the other I used on my left hand.

Here is my left hand. Here I used Sally Hansen Double Duty and I have to say I like the way it made the dots blend with the base colour. Of course it isn't as fast drying as Seche Vite, but I think it is shiny enough.

Here we have all the products I used for this nail art. Base coat Sally Hansen Double Duty and I have to say I am really not that impressed with it since my entire polish chipped as I was having a shower today. Don't worry I fixed it! Moving on to base colour which was Fancy Fuchsia from Orly. I love this colour! It's a blue based, hot pink shade. I applied two coats, since the first coat looked horrible. Surprisingly though the colour looked awesome with the second coat. Now to the fun part! The polka dots were created using a dotting tool from eBay and two different nail polishes. O.P.I's Alpine Snow and this random Claire's polish I found, that doesn't have a name.
Overall, I really like my nails and I hope they'll last a week. Do you like it? Would you like a video tutorial on this design? Have a lovely day/night! Love ya! Bye :)

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! I hope you enjoy your stay! :)

So today I've decided to share with you this Cremesheen Glass from Mac in the shade Star Quality. This is the only Cremesheen Glass in my collection and I have to admit I like it a lot. Many people don't tend to favour this particular type of lip gloss because it can bleed away from your lips, but I personally haven't had any issues with this product, so far. Also, it is said that they don't contain a lot of product and are pricey for what you get.

In the first picture, on the top left, my lips are completely bare and on the other three I have the same amount of the cremesheen glass, just in different lighting. I really like the colour of this lip gloss. It's the perfect summer coral colour. In addition, it doesn't have any shimmer or glitter. This product is really not sticky at all, that's why some people say that its staying power isn't that great, but this lasts a long time for me. After hours of eating, drinking, talking, the shine fades and it sort of stains your lips with the prettiest and most natural colour.

Recently, my sister bought this Mac lipstick and to be honest when I first glanced at it, it didn't really excite me. It's a very natural colour and I am usually attracted to brighter lipsticks. As soon as I tried it on my lips though, I knew this guy deserved a review, because I haven't heard many people mentioning this lipstick. This colour is so versatile, that the possibilities are endless! It can be appropriate for school and work when used with a lip balm for a more sheer effect, because this lipstick and all the Satins that I have tried are very pigmented. Or you could top it off with a bright lip gloss for a party night.

In the first picture, on the top left, my lips are completely bare and on the other three I have the same amount of lipstick, just in different lighting. I am aware of the fact that my lips look horrible. I haven't applied lip balm and I haven't exfoliated my lips in a while. This is the beauty of a Satin Finish Lipstick. It sort of emphasises your lips flaws, since it's not really the most moisturising lipstick family. But no need to worry, just apply some lip balm and/or lip gloss and it should be fine. Also exfoliating your lips with a good exfoliant or some sugar with water is an incredible way to get soft and healthy looking lips.

This is the first Gosh Lipstick I have ever purchased and because I was so impressed with the quality of it a few weeks after buying this one I bought the "Dangerous 149" on which I also have a blog post.

I initially bought this lipstick as a gift to my best friend for her birthday with a couple of other things, that I have filmed a video on and will be posted this Wednesday. When I swatched it on my hand at Debenhams I really liked the colour pay off, so I decided to get one for me. My best friend tells me that this lipstick is definitely her favourite. She is a bit more tan than what I am and it suits her well.

In the first picture on top I have nothing on my lips. The rest of the pictures are with the same amount of the lipstick, just in different lighting. I have no lip balm, no lip-gloss on and I haven't exfoliated my lips. As you might have noticed, I think this particular colour on my skin-tone makes my teeth a bit more yellow than usual, but maybe that's just me. This creamy lipstick is the perfect "your lips but better" colour. It's a bit more darker in person than in this picture.

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!

This is a gorgeous bright red-coral lipstick from Gosh called Dangerous 149. A product that reminds me of the Satin finish from Mac but 10 times more moisturising.

It is definitely going to be one of my favourites since the pigmentation is so intense and flattering for my skin colour. The quality of this lipstick is also very impressive for the price. I paid 7.90 EUR, but that varies depending on where you live.

Do you have any Gosh Velvet Touch Lipsticks? Do you like the quality? Do you have a colour to recommend?

This has been the nail lacquer that I have on my nails for more than a week and I love it! It is a somewhat sheer, red colour with small and big colourful glitter particles. I have used it Sally Hansen base coat and Seche Vite fast drying top coat and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

As I have mentioned this is sheer, so about 4-5 coats will get you the result shown in the picture above. Removing this nail lacquer can be a bit of a challenge if you are using an acetone free nail polish remover since the bigger glitter particles tend to stick very well on the nail, but they can be removed with a bit more pressure so don't worry. Overall this is a beautiful nail lacquer to have and I am really looking forward to painting my nails with this colour again!
